However, most people prefer processed pasta because of its taste and texture. This is because whole grain pasta has a stronger taste and more flavor than most people are accustomed to. However, while you have probably grown use to the mellow taste and texture of refined pasta, new way technology has new ways to process whole grain pasta and it has improved this pasta’s taste. It is more palatable and its texture has been improved, also. It may take some getting used whole wheat or whole grain pasta, once you do, white flour pasta will seem bland and tasteless.
