Italian soups are usually served at the beginning of dinner. These soups include minestrone and Italian rice just to name a few. Oftentimes soups like these will also feature pasta in them. You can use elbows, tubes, and small pieces of broken spaghetti for Italian soups. Make sure that you only cook these pastas al dente though or they will become soggy.
